A very present and fresh nose with notes of red fruits, with a nice spiciness and even a hint of bay leaf. Nice recognizable violet from the Merlot grape. This wine has a round, full flavor, with the tannins slightly noticeable. Perfectly matches a tuna steak with eggplants and with black olives. Even with beautiful flavorful dishes, even of fish and certainly with meat.
