White port is produced in the same way as red port but is made from white grape varieties. The result is a refined, sweet white port with a clear yellow color, fruity aroma, and a harmonious mix of aging and freshness. The recommended serving temperature is 10°C; it can be drunk neat but is also very nice with ice and a slice of lime, especially in the summer. Delicious in a cocktail as follows: 1 part Royal Oporto white, 1 part tonic, finished with a few ice cubes and cucumber slices.
