Arënkha caviar is made from smoked wild herring from Norway. The caviar has a refined and intense flavor; a unique product. It is an excellent alternative to traditional caviar. The herring caviar is 'Fish&Season certified' and therefore falls under the 'I COOK CONSCIOUSLY' range of HANOS.
