The grapes selected for the Fine Ruby begin their fermentation in stainless steel tanks and thanks to the skin contact, the ruby red color is created. Then the wine matures for a maximum of two years in oak, resulting in a young, rich port with notes of raspberry and plums. Soft flavors with fresh sweet red fruit and a long fruity finish.
