Gandaham is a naturally dried ham, prepared with Flemish craftsmanship. It is therefore a recognized Belgian traditional regional product. Ganda is the old Celtic name of the city of Ghent. The hams are made there from 100% Belgian pigs and sea salt, after which they dry for 12 to 14 months. This creates the natural and rich aroma of the ham, delicious on a sandwich or in combination with grissini.
