B’rustiek flute with Ganda ham and Ossekop cheese

For this recipe, B'rustiek flutes from Bussing Brood were used.

Ingredients

Ossekop cheese
chopped parsley
Salted butter
2B'rustiek white flutes
sliced Ganda ham

Preparation

  1. Let the bread thaw.
  2. Score the bread crosswise with a sharp knife.
  3. Insert slices of Ossekop cheese and slices of Ganda ham alternately into the cuts.
  4. Melt the salted butter and add the chopped parsley.
  5. Spoon the parsley butter generously over the bread.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes or on a Kamado barbecue.
  7. Serve as a delicious sharing dish on the terrace.
