Gelcrem from Sosa is a modified potato starch. The product dissolves directly in cold and turns a liquid mass into a cream without leaving a starchy taste. The gel cream does not need to be mixed with water first and can only be used cold. It is the perfect instant cream maker without the use of fat. The creations with gel cream are freezer and thaw resistant.
