Tasty coulis of lemon and curry.

Ingredients

80grapeseed oil
240gVegetable stock
100gpickled lemon
44593green curry
80gCoconut milk
1Gelcrem Cold (Sosa)

Preparation

  1. Rinse the lemons well and blend finely with the broth, curry paste, and coconut milk. Strain and then finish with the oil.
  2. Emulsify with the gelcrem using a hand blender.
