Lecite is a stabilizer based on soy. Prepared based on (non-manipulated) modified soy. Can be used both hot and cold, but lecite dissolves best at room temperature. Does not dissolve easily, use a hand blender. Tip: first mix the liquid with lecite and then heat, the lecite will set better this way. Then let it cool down to room temperature if possible. Dosage: between 3 and 7 grams per 1 liter.
