What is it: natural emulsifier based on soy lecithin. Prepared based on (non-manipulated) modified soy. Can be used both hot and cold, but lecithin dissolves best at room temperature. Does not dissolve easily, use a hand blender. Tip: first mix the liquid with lecithin and then heat, the lecithin will set better this way. Then let it cool down to room temperature if possible. Dosage: between 3 and 6 grams per 1 liter.
