Guardone, from the Liguria region, was founded in 1930. The third generation now continues the family tradition with a beautiful assortment. This oil is extracted from the residue of the first pressings and mixed with virgin olive oil. The oil has a very neutral taste and is extremely suitable for frying and roasting.
