We take honey that has been foraged by the bees from the elegant white flowers of the Kamahi tree, a tree that grows all over New Zealand. This sophisticated honey is relatively unknown outside of New Zealand, with its rich golden colour and soft texture. Kamahi honey has an intense flavour, with notes of buttery caramel that melts in your mouth. We mix the honey through smooth and creamy vanilla ice cream and enrobe it in an indulgent milk chocolate coating. We then add almonds that have been caramelised and salted for a sweet and salty explosion that’s guaranteed to satisfy a restless palate.
