Vadouvan is a spice blend with French and Indian influences, often referred to as French curry. It usually consists of ingredients such as onions, shallots, garlic, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, cardamom, and curry leaves, which are processed into a powder. This fermented vadouvan consists of strands and is much more intense in flavor than the powdered form. Perfect for infusing in liquid and using that broth as a flavor enhancer.
