Wonton dough suitable for frying. Tip: create a 'wonton ball' with this dough. Cut slices from the wonton dough and brush only the edges with egg white. Then stick two slices together. Fry in oil at 180°C until a ball forms, pour hot oil over the dough using a ladle so that it puffs up. Make a hole in the ball and fill with, for example, rendang or a curry.
