Preparation
- Bake the bake-off rolls in the oven as described on the packaging.
- Cut the red onion into quarter rings.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges.
- Fry the edamame burgers in a little olive oil until golden brown.
- Spread the roll generously with guacamole.
- Place the fried edamame burger on top.
- Toss the salad with the dressing of your choice and place on the fried edamame burger.
- Add the tomatoes, onion rings, and edamame beans and serve immediately.
