BBQ Camembert & raspberry

Super tasty creamy cheese heated on the BBQ on a crostini with raspberry star anise, dried cranberries and herb oil.

This recipe is part of Plateau de Fruits de Fromage. An impressive combination of the finest cheeses and a surprising twist on the classic 'fruits de mer'.

Ingredients

Bread for crostini
Oven camembert
Cheese dipper raspberry-star anise
Dried cranberries
Fresh raspberries
Fresh cresses
basil oil

Preparation

  1. Cut thin slices of bread and drizzle with basil oil.
  2. Slice the cheese and top a thin slice of bread with it.
  3. Add fresh raspberries and a dollop of cheese dipper.
  4. Place on a barbecue at approx. 180-200°C for about 6 minutes.
  5. Finish the crostini with dried cranberries and fresh cresses.
