
Brown butter made from goat's butter with smoked garlic
Delicious on toasted bread or as part of a charcuterie board!Ingredients
125ggoat butter
1Fine salt
1.5units.itemsclove of smoked garlic
Chives
Chervil
Preparation
- Heat the butter with the salt to 150°C.
- Strain the butter using a coffee filter.
- Let the mixture cool.
- Finely chop the chives and chervil and grate some of the smoked garlic.
- Mix the chives, chervil, and garlic into the butter.
- Whip until fluffy and serve with bread.
