Garlic
Onions
Mushrooms

Preparation

  1. Grill the bife de tira and sauté the onions and mushrooms with a little garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the mushrooms on the bife de tira along with a little chopped parsley.
  3. Serve on a board as a sharing dish for two or three people.
