Cauliflower couscous with grilled sheep halloumi and pickled lemon.Ingredients

Preparation
- Briefly fry the cauliflower couscous in the beurre noisette. Grill the halloumi in a grill pan. Place the cauliflower couscous in a round ring on the plate. Slice the halloumi and place on top of the cauliflower couscous.
- Grate the preserved lemon over it. Sprinkle a little crispy kamut on top. Pipe the crème fraîche in between. Just before serving, grate the purple cauliflower over it.
