Boiron Fresa van Jamaica with strawberry cocktail is a delicious and unique blend of hibiscus and strawberries. Perfect on a sunny day.This recipe is for approximately 1 highball glass

Ingredients

60mlFruit purée 100% Strawberry
100mlHibiscus infusion*
50mlGinger ale
20mlSimple sugar syrup*

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender with 5-6 large ice cubes (or the equivalent of crushed ice) until a granita texture is achieved.

OR

  1. Place all ingredients in a Granita machine (multiply the quantities) and add 80 ml mineral water to the recipe.

* Steep 20 g Hibiscus in 1L water at 90°C for 15 minutes.

** Make simple syrup: mix 1 part white powdered sugar and 1 part water until the sugar is completely dissolved.
