Ingredients

20mlFruit purée 100% Passion fruit
50mlGin infused with Sencha tea
10mlLemon juice
10mlSimple syrup*
2units.itemsShiso pepper leaf

Preparation

  1. Shake and carefully strain all ingredients into a large glass garnished with ice.
  2. Top up with soda.
  3. Garnish with a Shiso leaf.

* Make simple syrup: mix 1 part white powdered sugar and 1 part water until the sugar is completely dissolved.
