50gFruit purée 100% Yellow peach
140gSalmon
1units.itemsMultigrain bread
1units.itemsVegetable stock
Chives finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Rocket

Preparation

  1. Cook the salmon fillet in simmering water with a bouillon cube for about 10 minutes.
  2. If necessary, remove the skin and bones and blend with the yellow peach purée.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Finely chop the chives and add to the rillettes.
  5. Spread the rillettes on the slice of multigrain bread and garnish with a rocket leaf.
