chicken thigh (cut into pieces)
Bugles (nacho-cheese - 28412380)
Egg white
Preparation
- Grind the Bugles in a food processor into breadcrumbs.
- Dip the chicken thigh in egg white and then coat in the breadcrumbs.
- Freeze lightly.
- Then fry in oil. Serve these 'nuggets' with a sauce of mayonnaise mixed with yogurt and a few drops of Tabasco.
