Bugles chicken nuggets

Chicken nuggets a different way!

Ingredients

chicken thigh (cut into pieces)
Bugles (nacho-cheese - 28412380)
Egg white

Preparation

  1. Grind the Bugles in a food processor into breadcrumbs.
  2. Dip the chicken thigh in egg white and then coat in the breadcrumbs.
  3. Freeze lightly.
  4. Then fry in oil. Serve these 'nuggets' with a sauce of mayonnaise mixed with yogurt and a few drops of Tabasco.
