Bun with vegetarian chicken pieces

A delicious vegetarian bun.

Ingredients

1Onion
1bun
2Hoi sin sauce
Green peas
75gchicken pieces
Snow peas
1dried pea crumble
Haricot verts

Preparation

  1. Blanch the vegetables.
  2. Steam the bun in a steaming basket or steamer.
  3. Dry the blanched peas and blend them finely in a blender.
  4. Sauté the chicken pieces, then first add the quartered onion and then the vegetables.
  5. Deglaze with the Hoisin sauce and spoon everything into the steamed bun.
  6. Sprinkle the bun with the dried pea crumble.
