Fried Burrata
This fried mini burrata combines a crispy crust with a creamy, soft center.Coated with panko, Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs. Served with tomato sauce and Pecorino.Ingredients

Flour (mixed with pepper and salt)
Mini burrata

Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- Pat the mini burrata dry.
- Beat some eggs (use a little salt).
- Mix 90 grams of panko with 10 grams of grated Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs to taste.
- Flour the burrata, then dip in the egg. Coat in the panko mixture. Repeat if desired.
- Fry the breaded burrata.
- Serve with a tomato sauce and generously garnish with grated Pecorino.
