Camembert panna cotta and cranberry gel

300gWhole milk
600gQimiQ
3gAgar
Olive oil
500mlCranberry juice
Honey
Cinnamon berries
Pomegranate powder
Pomegranate seeds
Preparation
- Loosen the QimiQ 
- Mix the cranberry juice with the agar, honey, and cassia berries.
- Heat the mixture in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Blend well with an immersion blender and strain.
- Pour into a container and let set completely in the refrigerator.
- Blend the jelly smooth and add a little olive oil if desired for extra creaminess.
- Use as a gel for piping.
- Serve with pomegranate powder and seeds.
