Ingredients

1000gCarrot Cake Mix
570gWater

1200gCream Cheese Frosting

15gcompound orange
50gWater
50gSugar
5gGinger powder

Preparation

  1. Mix water and the Carrot Cake Mix at low to medium speed for about 3 minutes.
  2. Pipe into a mat or into rings of about Ø8.5 cm, filling weight about 100 grams.

  1. Fold until the Cream Cheese Frosting is nice and smooth. Then it is ready to use immediately.

  1. Bring everything just to a boil and soak the carrot cake with a brush or spray.

  1. Use a piping bag to pipe frosting petals.
  2. Finish with walnuts and candied orange.
