Preparation
- Melt the butter with the chocolate.
- Mix the flour, eggs, and sugar in the food processor.
- Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and blend again.
- Pour into a tart pan.
- Bake in the oven at 170°C for 40 minutes.
- Pour some vieux over the cake.
- Grind a little sea salt over the cake.
- Cut a slice of chocolate cake, place on the plate, and pour over some salted caramel topping.
- Sprinkle a piece of banana with sugar, caramelize with a torch, and serve next to the chocolate cake.
