Lime zest
Red chili
Herb butter
Romaine lettuce
Preparation
- Grill the skewers for a few minutes on the barbecue or sear them with a blowtorch.
- Melt the herb butter and pour it over the grilled skewer.
- Grate some lime over it and add red chili to taste.
- Place on the Romaine lettuce.
