Butterfly shrimp

Prawn skewers from the barbecue with a herb butter sauce, red chili and lime.

Ingredients

Shrimp skewer

Lime zest
Red chili
Herb butter
Romaine lettuce

Preparation

  1. Grill the skewers for a few minutes on the barbecue or sear them with a blowtorch.

  1. Melt the herb butter and pour it over the grilled skewer.
  2. Grate some lime over it and add red chili to taste.
  3. Place on the Romaine lettuce.
