Preparation
- Steam the bao until cooked in steam baskets.
- Deep-fry the tatsuta.
- Cut the lime into quarters and char the lime quarters with a blowtorch.
- Drizzle the tatsuta with miso.
- Fill the bao with the tatsuta and top with kimchi, charred lime, wasabi sesame, and coriander.
