Bao with tatsuta

Bao with crispy chicken, kimchi lime and miso.

Ingredients

Bao
Tatsuta
Tare miso
Lime
Kimchi
Coriander
Wasabi sesame

Preparation

  1. Steam the bao until cooked in steam baskets.
  2. Deep-fry the tatsuta.
  3. Cut the lime into quarters and char the lime quarters with a blowtorch.
  4. Drizzle the tatsuta with miso.
  5. Fill the bao with the tatsuta and top with kimchi, charred lime, wasabi sesame, and coriander.
