Gyoza apple with Strawberry-hoisin and ginger-yogurt sauce

Gyoza with apple served with strawberry, hoisin, yogurt, and ginger.

Ingredients

Gyoza

Strawberry purée
Hoi-sin

Yogurt
Ginger syrup

Spring onion
Coriander
Red fruit crumble
Pomegranate seeds

Preparation

  1. Fry the gyoza in a little oil and deglaze with a small amount of water.
  2. Put the lid on the pan and steam until cooked through.

  1. Mix the strawberry purée with hoisin to taste.

  1. Mix the yogurt with ginger syrup to taste.

  1. "Splash" the sauces onto a plate.
  2. Finely chop the coriander and spring onion.
  3. Place the gyoza on the plate and add red fruit crumble, spring onion, coriander, and pomegranate seeds to taste.
