Preparation
- Fry the gyoza in a little oil and deglaze with a small amount of water.
- Put the lid on the pan and steam until cooked through.
- Mix the strawberry purée with hoisin to taste.
- Mix the yogurt with ginger syrup to taste.
- "Splash" the sauces onto a plate.
- Finely chop the coriander and spring onion.
