Cinnamon roll with apple-cruesli mixture, salted caramel and a generous dollop of whipped cream. A warm, crispy treat with a sweet-salty twist.Ingredients
Danish cinnamon swirl
Fresh whipped cream
2Jonagold apples
450gCruesli raisin & hazelnut
Salted caramel
Preparation
- Let the cinnamon swirls thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Cut the apples into a fine brunoise and mix with the granola.
- Spoon the apple-granola mixture onto the rolls.
- Spoon some of the salted caramel over the whole.
- Garnish with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
