Cinnamon roll apple crumble & salty caramel

Cinnamon roll with apple-cruesli mixture, salted caramel and a generous dollop of whipped cream. A warm, crispy treat with a sweet-salty twist.

Ingredients

Danish cinnamon swirl
Fresh whipped cream
2Jonagold apples
450gCruesli raisin & hazelnut
Salted caramel

Preparation

  1. Let the cinnamon swirls thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Cut the apples into a fine brunoise and mix with the granola.
  5. Spoon the apple-granola mixture onto the rolls.
  6. Spoon some of the salted caramel over the whole.
  7. Garnish with a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
