
Cinnamon roll amaretti

Danish cinnamon swirl
200gIcing sugar
200gSoft butter
Decoration snow
4Amaretti aroma drops
Amaretti cookies
300gPlain cream cheese
Preparation
- Let the cinnamon swirls thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Whip the soft butter until light and white in a mixer with a whisk.
- Add the cream cheese and amaretti flavoring and mix well.
- While mixing, add the powdered sugar and mix until smooth and pipeable frosting.
- Pipe dollops of the cream cheese frosting onto the cooled rolls.
- Place an amaretti cookie on each dollop.
- Finally, dust with decorative snow/powdered sugar.
