Cinnamon roll Tia Maria coffee & tiramisu

Cinnamon roll with tiramisu cream, espresso, Tia Maria, cocoa-cinnamon powder and a crunchy topping. Rich in flavor with a coffee touch.

Ingredients

Danish cinnamon swirl
cocoa powder
Cinnamon powder
50mlStrong (cold) espresso
50mlTia Maria liqueur
Tiramisu
Espresso crunch

Preparation

  1. Let the cinnamon swirls thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Whip a bottle of liquid tiramisu in a mixer with a whisk until airy.
  5. Add the espresso and Tia Maria liqueur at the end and briefly whip until smooth and pipeable.
  6. Pipe a generous swirl of the tiramisu mixture onto the cooled cinnamon rolls.
  7. Dust with a mix of cocoa and cinnamon powder (ratio 1:1).
  8. Garnish with an espresso crunch.
