50mlStrong (cold) espresso
50mlTia Maria liqueur
Tiramisu

Preparation
- Let the cinnamon swirls thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Whip a bottle of liquid tiramisu in a mixer with a whisk until airy.
- Add the espresso and Tia Maria liqueur at the end and briefly whip until smooth and pipeable.
- Pipe a generous swirl of the tiramisu mixture onto the cooled cinnamon rolls.
- Dust with a mix of cocoa and cinnamon powder (ratio 1:1).
- Garnish with an espresso crunch.
