Clover Club Cocktail

This pink gin is based on the ‘original’ Gin 1689 and distilled together with strawberries and raspberries.1689 Dutch Pink Gin is a fruity gin and is not too sweet because no sugars have been added. Delicious to serve in a fruity cocktail such as the Clover Club or Pink Gin & Tonic with plenty of ice, premium tonic, and garnish with a beautiful raspberry and/or strawberry.

Ingredients

60ml1689 Dutch Pink Gin
3units.itemsRaspberries
15mlFreshly squeezed lemon juice
1units.itemsEgg white
15mlRaspberry juice

Preparation

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white (from 1 egg) to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
  2. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with 3 skewered raspberries.
