
Cotton candy coffee
In the patisserie magazine, we have created a number of coffee variations including small sweet bites.These perfect combinations are ideal for the guest who does not want dessert, but can be tempted by something extra.
Ingredients
20mlMonin bubblegum syrup
1units.itemsEspresso
180mlArla whole milk
250gCream
250gMascarpone
Cotton candy
Cotton candy latte
red velvet sheet cake
splash of Monin bubble gum syrup
pink macarons
raspberry ice cream
Preparation
- Steam the milk.
- Pour the bubblegum syrup into the glass.
- Carefully pour the steamed milk over it.
- Let it rest for a moment.
- Then slowly pour the espresso into the milk.
- Optionally garnish with cotton candy.
- Whip the cream with the mascarpone and syrup until thickened.
- Break some macarons into pieces and mix into the cream mixture.
- Pipe this into a glass, then squeeze a scoop of raspberry ice cream on top.
- Fill up the glass further.
- Garnish with a piece of red velvet cake and a cotton candy.
