Cream of wakame salad

Serve warm in combination with a fish dish.

Ingredients

100gWakame salad
200gwakame/poultry stock
80gSesame oil
80gSushi vinegar
10ggel cream cold (Sosa)

Preparation

  1. Blend the wakame salad with the wakame/poultry broth (40°C) in a powerful blender until smooth and strain.
  2. Then use a hand blender to mix in the sesame oil, sushi vinegar, and gelcrem (cold-soluble potato starch).
