White asparagus

Preparation
- Make a mixture of panko, toasted white sesame seeds, and gomae no moto.
- Peel the asparagus and make thin ribbons, place in cold water.
- Dip the gyoza in a thin tempura batter (as indicated on the packaging) and coat with the panko mixture.
- Fry the frozen gyoza at 180°C for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve the gyoza with the asparagus ribbons, pomegranate, green apple, and roasted sesame dressing.
