Preparation
- Place the Dessert-Espuma Sabayon siphon in a bain-marie at 50°C-60°C.
- Cut various types of citrus fruit à vif and place in a glass.
- Scoop a ball of vanilla ice cream and place on top of the citrus fruit.
- Shake the Sabayon canister vigorously and dispense as desired while holding the bottle upside down.
- Tip: clean the nozzle after each use with warm water.
