
Donut custard & raspberry bun
Donut bun filled with airy custard cream and whipped cream, finished with raspberry powder, freeze-dried raspberries, and edible flowers.Ingredients

Mix for pastry cream
Preparation
- Let the donut buns thaw and roll them in fine sugar.
- Prepare the pastry cream according to the instructions on the package.
- Mix 1 liter of the yellow cream with 200 grams of softly whipped cream until you have a light filling.
- Fill the donut buns with this mixture using a piping bag and stainless steel nozzle, and pipe a swirl on top as well.
- Sprinkle the filled donut with raspberry powder.
- Crumble some of the freeze-dried raspberries over the swirl.
- Garnish with a few fresh flower petals.
