Present friandises and pralines in style with these 'edible napkins'!

Ingredients

60gWater
30gGelatin powder
60gWhite chocolate callets
5mlGlycerin
Powder coloring of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix the water with the gelatin powder.
  2. Let it dissolve for 10 minutes.
  3. Gently heat until the gelatin is melted again.
  4. Melt the chocolate with the desired powder coloring.
  5. Mix these together.
  6. Add the glycerin (if needed, heat briefly so the mixture is nicely liquid).
  7. Pour onto acetate foil and spread thinly with a palette knife.
  8. Let it 'set', cut to size, and shape as desired.
