60gWater
30gGelatin powder
60gWhite chocolate callets
5mlGlycerin
Powder coloring of choice
Preparation
- Mix the water with the gelatin powder.
- Let it dissolve for 10 minutes.
- Gently heat until the gelatin is melted again.
- Melt the chocolate with the desired powder coloring.
- Mix these together.
- Add the glycerin (if needed, heat briefly so the mixture is nicely liquid).
- Pour onto acetate foil and spread thinly with a palette knife.
- Let it 'set', cut to size, and shape as desired.
