Egg Tostadas & Salsa Macha

Steamed egg on a crispy tortilla with a sauce made from blueberries and mixed seeds. Serve it, for example, as a breakfast or lunch dish.

Ingredients

Eggs
spinach tortilla
crispy bacon cubes
silicone mold
Guacamole
salsa macha
finely sliced spring onion
grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs (count 1 per serving) with a little salt.
  2. Pour into the molds.
  3. Place some bacon, spring onion, and cheddar cheese in each mold.
  4. Cover with foil and steam in a steam pan for 10 minutes until cooked.
  5. Cut the spinach tortillas to the desired size.
  6. Fry them crispy in a little cooking oil.
  7. Spoon some guacamole onto the tostada, then place a warm egg on top.
  8. Spoon the macha salsa on top.
