Empanadas with chipotle

Our chefs present them with a dip based on chipotle and a spicy dip made with, among other things, pineapple, tomato, and chipotle peppers.

Ingredients

Empanadas

100gSour cream
15gcreamy chipotle
200gMayonnaise
Spicy pineapple dip

Feta cheese
Pomegranate seeds
Coriander
Radish

Preparation

  1. Let the empanadas thaw and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes.

  1. Mix the ingredients with a whisk until you have a smooth sauce.

  1. Crumble the feta cheese, finely chop the coriander, and cut the radishes in half.
  2. Place the empanadas on a platter and garnish with the chipotle sauce.
  3. Top with the feta cheese, coriander, and radish.
