200gMayonnaise
Spicy pineapple dip
Feta cheese
Pomegranate seeds
Coriander
Radish
Preparation
- Let the empanadas thaw and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 8 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients with a whisk until you have a smooth sauce.
- Crumble the feta cheese, finely chop the coriander, and cut the radishes in half.
- Place the empanadas on a platter and garnish with the chipotle sauce.
- Top with the feta cheese, coriander, and radish.
