Flammkuchen snack

Tasty snack, based on the Amsterdam croquette.

Ingredients

Beef ragout
Mustard caviar
Crème fraîche
Flammkuchen snack base
Curly parsley

Preparation

  1. Let the dough thaw.
  2. Spread with thick crème fraîche.
  3. Spoon some beef ragout on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at about 210-220˚C.
  5. Garnish with mustard caviar and fresh curly parsley.
