Preparation
- Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry or grill on both sides.
- Measure and weigh all ingredients into a saucepan. Bring to a boil and let the sauce simmer for a while.
- Cut out the tortilla with a round cutter.
- Fry the tortilla on both sides and warm them in the oven.
- Separate the lettuce leaves, wash and dry them.
