
Filo pastry with asparagus

Herb butter
green and white asparagus (cooked and cut into pieces)
Filo pastry
légumaise herb mayonnaise
Preparation
- Cut the filo pastry into narrow strips.
- Melt the herb butter over low heat.
- Brush a sheet of pastry with the herb butter and place a new sheet of pastry on top.
- Repeat this 3 times, so you end up with four sheets stacked.
- Also brush the top with herb butter.
- Roll up the filo pastry and bake the rolls at 180°C.
- Serve the asparagus and légumaise between two rolls.
