Crispy flammkuchen fries with a salted mascarpone-caramel cream.Deliciously crispy fries made from flammkuchen, perfectly baked and then tossed in cinnamon sugar. We prefer to serve the flammes frites with a cream based on mascarpone and salted caramel. A fantastic dessert to share.Ingredients
Cinnamon powder
4Mascarpone cream
Granulated sugar
1Salted caramel
Flammes frites
Preparation
- Let the flammes frites thaw. Fry them in oil until crispy and brown.
- Let the fried flammes frites drain well.
- Mix fine granulated sugar with some cinnamon powder.
- Toss the fried flammes frites through the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- For the salted caramel cream, mix mascarpone with salted caramel.
- Whip the mixture until light in a stand mixer with a whisk.
