Flammes frites with cinnamon sugar and salted caramel cream

Crispy flammkuchen fries with a salted mascarpone-caramel cream.Deliciously crispy fries made from flammkuchen, perfectly baked and then tossed in cinnamon sugar. We prefer to serve the flammes frites with a cream based on mascarpone and salted caramel. A fantastic dessert to share.

Ingredients

Cinnamon powder
4Mascarpone cream
Granulated sugar
1Salted caramel
Flammes frites

Preparation

  1. Let the flammes frites thaw. Fry them in oil until crispy and brown.
  2. Let the fried flammes frites drain well.
  3. Mix fine granulated sugar with some cinnamon powder.
  4. Toss the fried flammes frites through the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  5. For the salted caramel cream, mix mascarpone with salted caramel.
  6. Whip the mixture until light in a stand mixer with a whisk.
