Mini panettone filled with vanilla ice cream and a pistachio and white chocolate sauce.When you cut off the top part of a panettone and then hollow out the inside, you create a beautiful base for a dessert. We sprinkle the panettone with Grand Marnier and then fill it with vanilla ice cream. Place the top part back on the panettone and pour a delicious sauce over it made from pistachio and white chocolate.

300gwhite creamy pistachio chocolate bar
0.5Grand Marnier (extra for misting)
2.5Cream
Vanilla ice cream

Preparation

  1. Cut the top off the panettone. Carefully hollow out the panettones.
