Flammkuchen with San Marzano tomatoes, avocado, balsamic, artichoke, nuts, arugula, and grated mozzarella.

Ingredients

Artichoke
San Marzano tomato
Avocado
Medium flammkuchen base
Nuts
Rocket
Grated mozzarella
balsamic

Preparation

  1. Spread the San Marzano tomatoes and grated mozzarella over the flammkuchen.
  2. Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (with a stone if available) and bake the flammkuchen for about 4 minutes.
  3. Top the flammkuchen with avocado, artichoke, nuts, and Aleppo pepper.
  4. Drizzle with a little balsamic and arugula.
