Flammkuchen with cinnamon sugar

A thin, crispy base sprinkled with sweet cinnamon sugar. A delicious twist on the traditional Flammkuchen.

Cinnamon sugar
Flammes frites

Preparation

  1. Let the flammes frites thaw. Fry in hot oil at 180°C until crispy and golden brown.
  2. Drain the fried flammes frites well.
  3. Toss the fried flammes frites with the cinnamon sugar and serve with a dip of your choice.
